Festivals 2014

I'll be going with friends, but I can split off whenever. Or you guys could come see my lovely friends :D

Don't know how old you are but expect the vast majority there to be aged 18-22 or so there. Still a decent festival though, check out the Format stage!

Ahh, just checking you weren't going to be on yer own! Yepyep, will arrange something nearer the time then. :)
 
The only difference I saw in the VIP tickets last year was you got to camp in a different field, right next to the normal one.

Security was a bit heavy on the way in. Airport style bag scanners/metal detectors. Could easily shove stuff down your baws though. There was a fuckload of drugs for sale in the camp site. I never once had to ask for anything, if I wanted weed/ket/MD/pills I would just wait 15 minutes and someone would walk past offering me it.

Sounds a bit OTT, never seen that at a fest before. Any dogs on the way in? Might just get sorted inside.
 
I think quite often with searches like that though, they're looking for dealer-quantities of drugs, weapons or glass bottles. Wouldn't really worry about it..

Anyone else going? Can't fucking wait for this. I'm going V fest aswell (yes its a ripoff and the music is mostly shit but I go every year as its only 5 mins away) but its really just a warm up for Zoo ;)

Very true, if theres no dogs I fail to see how they're gonna find anything if its stuffed down ya boxers.

Full of manchesters finest aswell :D Not that its a bad thing, quite easy to sneak in, probally head down if the weathers nice.
 
Last year I went and had an amazing time, everyone seems to be on it and generally looking for a good time. Few scallys but inevitable as it gets bigger i suppose.

Last year had to walk from Heaton Park to Moss Side in the most fucked up mental state iv ever been in, roughly 8 miles i think. Ended up on Vic train station and that little foyer bit of MEN arena all wired gurning was mental haha
