Hey guys I have recently acquired a Fentora Buccal 100 Mcg, I know, how lucky am I? Anyways I do know how extremely dangerous this stuff is, so I've been gathering hours and hours of information before I do this. So have any of you guys messed with this stuff? How long should I keep it in there for? I have an extremely high tolerance to opioids. I am on a suboxone regiment, have been for almost 2 years now of 1 pill a day. But to be honest I take more like 2-3 a day for the last month. Last time I did oxycodone which was about a month ago I had to do 420mg and that barely even got me a buzz. So any help would be more than appreciated as I do not wanna die.

I also forgot to add that I have used 2 subs yesterday. Would it be better to lay off the subs for a few days and then do it or do it today? I was thinking it would be better today as it would provide me with a tolerance shield so OD would be harder. What do you guys think?

Look up a narcotic dosage converter. I don't think 100ug of fentanyl is worth it at all. (less than 20mg of oxycodone equivalent).

100 mics of fentanyl isn't a ton, you should be good. I would not combine it with Suboxone as that will make it easier for resp. depression to occur.

So even if i take it all (i heard it dissolves within mins, so thats 100mcg within mins) I won't feel anything?

I'm sure you will feel it, take a break for 5 mins when you are halfway done, stand up, see how you feel, then decide if you want to finish it.

Fentora has a special bio-equivalency, here's info from Fentora's website about it:

FENTORA is not bioequivalent with other fentanyl products. Do not convert patients on a mcg per mcg basis from other fentanyl products. There are no conversion directions available for patients on any other fentanyl products other than Actiq. (Note: This includes oral, transdermal, or parenteral formulations of fentanyl.) All patients should be titrated from the 100 mcg dose.

You should keep it on your gum until it fully disintegrates. You say you have an "extremely high tolerance for opiates." I assume you take them orally. You will be fine. But, as to be safer than sorrier, why not have a friend with you when you take it? It would be a waste to not take the whole tab at once. Remember, place it against your gum and allow it to disintegrate completely. It works rather quickly.

i would do two cause i do 420mg of oxy IV and that would be the dose i would start with
