Well first of all its FENTANYL...but its ok i spell shit wrong all the time but i first want to point out study ur drugs before u take them...know EXACTLY what the fuck ur taking...
But back to ur question....have u taken opiates before becaus that really matters...if u havent...maybe u should just stay away from fentanyl because it is an EXTREMEMLY powerful opiate. But if u really must try it...use the smallest amount which is 25 ug/h (micrograms per hour)...i think (not sure) thats the smallest amount they make (Duragesic).
The effects are that it acts as any opiate does...it puts u into a pure euphoric state,u are sedated, of course there is that dizzy feeling along with it.....some side effects are nausea, nodding, vomitting...u get the picture.
I really enojoyed using the fentanyl patchs...but the second time i took it, i think i took too much..i used the 75 ug/h patches. However, I use opiates everyday (I am an oxycontin addict) LOL...but I love it because I'm convined it only enhances your life. So, I thought since my tolerence is retarted (I need at LEAST 80 mg of oxy to feel anything) I could handle that much fentanyl....but I ended getting really sick and puking a whole lot.
However, a fentanyl patch is supposed to keep you high for 2-3 days...the first day, I felt AWSOME...it as the second day that I got sick..
Well, just to end, fentanyl is not something u want to fuck around with, its an extremely powerful drug...make sure u know what u can handle...but ven that, any time u take a drg u'venever used, always start slow, take just a little...then progress. that's just my advice...
 
Yeah! This stuff is great . . . But very, very different. . .It seems like your brain can tell how synthetic it is . . .Use with caution . . .I would say if you got one ,(for the first time ), leave it on for only ten hours or so.
The only thing that sucks is once you take it off you really can't put it back on. Your going to have to find another way to administer it..
Don't eat the gel, Unless you are faily common with it. . . and can figure out a correct method.
I have it almost down to a science but even still the doses that are eaten vary.
 
You can pop the patch and smear the gel on your gums (SMALL DOSE--this stuff is mad potent ... somewhere around 40X morphine) and, am told, that's quite a good method of ingestion.
 
Whats a descent price? IS 50 bucks for a 50/ug/h patch a good deal? WOuld a 50 be to much for a person with no opiate tolerance? IF so what the fuck should i do?!

Just like the Bean said...Cut the corner off the patch, squeeze out a bit of the gel, and smear it on your gums. Wait 20 min. If yer not happy, take a bit more. You can always take more, but you can't take less. Oh, and I think that it is somewhere like 100-500x the potency of morphine.
5-10 mg in the patch, when used as directed lasts for 3 days. You do the math.(cuz I'm not sure how to.) Can't advise you on price, though. We were getting them for free. My friend's mom had them (100 ug per hr patches) and they were too potent, so she was just going to toss them, and my friend intercepted them in route to the dumpster.

I pay $30 for a 75ug. I would pay $100 if I had to so imo $50 for a 50ug isnt bad.
And I agree with the others. Open it up and eat. IV is best but oral isnt bad. It's hard to judge exactly how much your dosing. Just do your best. When I dont have an opiate tolerance I try to divide a 75ug into 3 oral doses.
 
these kids i used to chill w/ a lot smoke their fentanyl. i dont talk to them anymore b/c their totally hardcore, extreme, reckless crackheads. but how would one go about doing this? i dont have the desire to actually try it at this point, i'm just curious. is the dose harder to judge? how bad would you consider it for you compared to smoking glass?
