Fenthanyl Transdermal Patch 75 mcg/h Actavis brand

I came across one of these patches, currently able to withstand about .3-.4 of black tar heroin per day, been doing so for about 1 year and a half now. Im scared to take this because I heard this stuff is deadly..but my h dealer is not pickin up the phone. I did about .1 of tar earlier and im a litttlle high right now..this was maybe about 2-4 hours ago. How can I safely use this? It is not the maxtrix kind, this is a gel on a patch. I want to do a little at a time. I do have my gf here to watch me..but either way i dont want to take any chances. I did some reading on this, but i would prefer a more customized answer..

update.. i did some searching on the site and found this written by The Eagle

"2). Real Duragesic patches with the gel reservoirs are obviously the most sought after (or their generic equivalent). There are so many ways to abuse the gel it's almost funny. The nasal spray works (mentioned in a few posts), smoking the gel works quite well, and you can even rub the gel in your eyes for a kick-ass buzz. Orally, use a Q-tip to swab it on your gums or suck on a piece of gauze saturated with gel. Do not swallow or most of it will go to waste.
My personal favorite method is smoking on foil the way one would smoke meth or heroin. The only problem is the extremely short duration which can make for some quickly disappearing patches if you know what I mean.
INJECTING THE GEL, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU DILUTE IT, IS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS. DON'T DO IT. Only inject fent if you have somehow miraculously acquired some ampoules of liquid fentanyl citrate."

Ilike the oral method, but again I need some guidance about how much i should try

Update: i put half the Gel in my mouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.............................

real update.. I have squeezed all the gel out of the package...im trying to let it dry, or maybe ill try to smoke the gel...id much rather get sum damn H but my dealer doesnt want to answer...so do you guys have any advice on what the hell i should do with this gel? again, i am going to do it.. so i need some harm reduction rather than someone telling me not to do it.. If you have anything negative to say, please do not post. I know its dangerous, but i want help on making it a little less dangerous.

The edit function is there for a reason.

I have no experience with the Gel patches and do not feel comfortable advising on them as I consider fentanyl highly unsafe.

I didn't avoid giving you guidance out of any reason other than I know of no safe way of ingesting these and have no personal experience.
 
There are countless stories of users smoking or using the gel sublingually and over dosing. Being how potent fent is, just slightly to much gel would mean the difference between life and death. The only way you could dose it is by titrating the amount of gel you are consuming up, but this is still extremely dangerous. The amount of fent is more than likely varied through out the gel as it is not supposed to be administered any other way than transdermal, so even telling you to titrate your doses up isn't safe advice. It is your choice if you want to put your life on the line or not, but the only safe choice is not to use at all.

Its all good, my dealer answered and I shot up dope for the first time! Now I got some fent powder just sittin there..I here some people try to pass it off as china white, but if the fent is so potent wouldnt that make the dope people are buying like 1:100? I feel like i can use this stuff, i just cant rush into doing anything dumb..now im high and not so worried about it...... so i wont be posting anything in here anymore but please leave it open Tripman so that way if someone with some personal knowledge stumbles across this he or she can help me.
 
My girl use to fuck with them. She put one on her heart during school and ended up being taken to the hospital. I suggest you do not use it, although prolly too late as idk when this was posted, but if we to go about it, personally I'd prolly cut a small portion of it off and place it somewhere safe, NOT THE CHEST/HEART area.
But I really know jack shit about these patches. Jus saying what I'd do if I were in the situation.
