Opioids Fentanyl

I was offered a few Fentanyl patches earlier today when I picked up my Morph's. The dude wasn't sure of the MG's yet as they had not been delivered. This is the first time I have ever ran across them so I was just wondering about what I should expect. What is the high comparable to? Best way to ingest? Anything I need to know before hand? My tolerance is fairly high. I've been taking opiates for about 10 years. At the height of my partying days I was chewing 14 Vicodin 7.5's just to get rid of "The Sickness", but that was about 2 years ago. Just to give you an idea of where I'm at now, I took 90 mg of continuous release morphine about 10:00 this morning and I will be good for most of the day, though I will most likely top up with another 30-60 mg in the evening.

I am not looking for a high that will last a couple hours. I am looking for an all day buzz, so sublingual or smoking it would not be my first choice. Thanks in advance. Long time lurker, first post ever.

that tolerance is pretty low, but you're certainly not naive....i'd say you could just slap it on your belly, wait a couple hours, remove it, give it a couple hours to see how you feel....if you don't get sick, you could put it back on.... if you're not getting the desired effect, perhaps give it a lil rub a few minutes an hour to help the osmosis (i know, its not really osmosis)....

I would NOT smoke it, with your tolerance, you could get way high way fast and then SICK, perhaps dangerously so

I say high tolerance because my wife can take 2 Vikes and be good to go. lol It takes at least 40 mg's of hydro to get me off, less than that and I am better off snorting them. So yeah, my tolerance is not legendary, but it can be a nuisance at times. At least my WD's aren't debilitating like they used to be.

I've read on other posts that Fen patches can take up to 8 hours to kick in. Some ppl have even suggested taking them before you go to bed (not stupid enough to try that). Is there a general consensus on how long it takes to actually feel it? I think I'm gonna head over to Erowid for a trip report now that I think of it.

I had some recent experience with this. Got a couple of patches (.25 mg if I remember) on two different occasions. First time I put both on was at the end of a weekend binge on ecstasy, oc's and valium, so think that's why they hit hard.

Anyway, my man told me to put both on and they hit so hard I had to take one off for awhile cause thought I was gonna pass out. Was nice though...major nodding. Hit me in about 30-45min and lasted a good 3 or 4 hours.

Second time was a few days later and put both on when sober. This time, I didn't even feel them at all...guess I was really run down that weekend. After awhile, I was like "great, what a bummer."

Then, I read you could suck on them to make it stronger and feel it more, so I took one off and sucked on it for a good 20 min. DO NOT do this for that long...I was royally fucked up. Nodding my nuts off like heroin. It was a little too much...not really enjoyable...so much so that I havn't bought any since. I woke up the next day with the flu and was sick for a week.
