ok this is an almost rediculous question but i have been using a nasal spray bottle with the 100mcg sandoz patch in it...adding and refilling ...adding pieces and refilling. So i don't have an idea of exactly how much i was taking. It just occoured to be that this has been going on for 2-3 weeks. I'm currently on percocet 10/325s 1x, Nucyna 50mg 3x, Xanax 1mg 3x, Valium 5mg 3x, Soma 350 3x, and Adderall IR 10mg 2x. How can I make them help? im very tolerent of all these meds and have about 2 days of being "high" of my nasal spray" left. (a decent amount of sprays) How can I manage this? and do you get w/d from fent. after 2-3 weeks?

Try to get your hands on a weaker opiate other than fent or use a non gel patch and wear it for 5 days instead of 3... then get some roxi and taper down and down. I have gotten off of fent that way. It takes will power but you can do it. Good Luck!

Valium and Soma will help with sleep.....

This may sound harsh and not what you want to hear but after that time frame, I'd recomend just going cold turkey and stopping right away. Use some of the benzos to sleep for the first 2 nights tops, you don't want to replace one addiction with another. Using for that time frame you'll probably only feel bad for like 4 days and then you'll be right as rain. The worst two nights are the first two so use the benzos then just roll with it mate, you'll feela bit low after the first twodays but nothing mega. :)

I agree, for the most part. Although 2-3 weeks is not a long time, it makes a difference that you were regularly using opiates before this, it sounds like, if what you meant is that you're prescribed the percocet and take it regularly. That would meant that, instead of this just being a 2-3 week binge, this was a 2-3 week period over which you increased your opiate usage over what it normally is, though you likely would have been already mildly dependent from the meds you were taking. It might make sense, with what you have access to, to just cold-turkey the fent and take a dose of oxy equivalent to perhaps 1/3 of the fent dosage starting and reduce that each day for 3-4 days. It really depends on if you want to continue using the percs or not.

Good luck with your taper or stopping cold turkey! Come over to The Dark Side (I love saying that) if you want emotional support, it's full of being going through/who have been through this and really understand.. link in my sig :)
