Opioids Fentanyl, two questions

i got two questions about it. I have "Actiq 1600mc (micrograms)". Its like a lolly pop. So:


1) is it worthy to crush the lolypop and snort it? i have read here, that fentanyl intranasal is 70% its bo, and only 50% oral. But i prefer to ask before doing nothing


2) a friend of mine ( for real, not like "my dog wants to know etc" LOL) wants to know how to IV this lollypop, if possible. I asked him that i have no idea ( i have never IVed) , and that i am going to ask on BL, so here i am asking about this

Does anybody have an answer to this?

Just eat the lolli pop normally. It's way, way to risky to try and snort it. To IV it would be even more risky and most likely it would be impossible to remove the sugars and binders and stuff. A very strong fentanyl dose could be as small as a few grains of salt. If you crush it up it will not be evenly distributed and you can very, very easily OD. The lolly pop is already very potent.
 
Suck the damn lollipop. If you swallow it, it will be mostly destroyed. No telling what kind of damage will be done to your nose if you try to snort the shit or if it will even break down properly (let alone shooting the damn thing). Also, by sucking on it, you can stop when you start to feel it becoming too strong unlike snorting/slamming it.
 
One of those lollies contains enough fentanyl to dose 20-30 people. For your own safety, please do not abuse them. Even the opiate antagonist medication naloxone is sometimes ineffective in treating overdoses of fentanyl, and that is if you are lucky enough to have a responsible person call emergency services for you.

i used this way on the past, and i didnt get so high

I have cut with a knife a little piece of the candy, crushed it and snorted it. 5 minutes ago. i feel like i am on heroin

ps: Thkx for the advices people :) , and for the interest you show, its nice to know some people cares about others on todays society

i will take care. I have much more fentanyl ( 3 lolypops, or better said 2 and 3/4 of another) , but im not snorting anymore today.

pps: i have plenty tolerance, i dont suggest anyone doing this unless you have your tolerance sooo messed, and waiting half an hour minimum between doses. And of course, very little lines to snort. I have done just 1/2 of the 1/4 snorted, so i have snorted like the half of a lolypop quarter

Since the OP's answered his own question already: is the above true about naloxone? What about buprenorphine... would you be able to reverse a fentanyl OD with bupe? That's saying, as a very last desperate measure resort of course.
 
It's been mentioned that it's possible to reverse an OD with bupe or kratom, but I've never heard of anyone actually doing it. I'm not sure if it would work with fent without looking up the binding affinities.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if naloxone doesn't help much with a fentanyl overdose...it doesn't help much with suboxone OD....
 
Please dont try to shoot fentanyl unless you have liquid intended for injection so you can properly dose it. Shooting Actiq is asking for all sorts of serious problems...
 
I recommend using it as directed.
Sniffing it is sketch, shooting a lollipop is really ill advised.

oh im not so naive. I know i am an addict. using the lollypop like sucking it dosent give me a high. Snorting does it. I dont recomend anyone to do this.

anyway, i snorted really little lines, dont wanna risk too much

about the IVing, it wasnt me the one who wants, i havent IVed in my whole life, is a frontier i dont wanna cross

That's because of the abovementioned binding affinities. Buprenorphine has a higher affinity for most opioid receptors than naloxone, so it wouldn't do much good. Don't know how buprenorphine compares to fentanyl though.
 
Well fentanyl's binding affinities are even higher, so I'd expect the same

Glad to hear you're doing well Barto. I'd never heard of anyone (ab)using the lollies in that way. Just please be careful with those, 1600mcg of fent is an absolutely massive dose, no matter the route of administration.
 
as i always have thought, thats the potency for sedation and avoiding pains, but not for euphoria

otherwise, the bupre would give more euphoria than the morphine and it dosent

about the affinity, i have not idea, its a good question
