fentanyl sucker "juice" absorbing

When you suck on an Actiq are you susposed to leave the juice form the sucker in your mouth for a while, like you would for dip, or do you just swallow the juice?
If you leave it in your mouth, how long are you susposed to before you swallow it?

You swallow it... Leaving it in your mouth would be pointless, as swallowing is just as effective..

Swallowing tobacco juice would be effective for a nicotine buzz too, but it tends to make you hurl.

I was under the assumption that the fentanyl lollipops were designed for transmucosal absorbsion, and that your not really supposed to suck on it, you should just let it sit on the inside of your cheek. At least thats what the Acitq website says.

Silverfucked is wrong. Fentanyl lollipops absorb through your cheeks and mouth, not down your throat.

You CAN swallow the juice...but it is BETTER to keep the juice in your mouth, as it will produce more potent effects that way (when absorbed under your tongue).
