Misc Fentanyl Smoking Question

I just got a little bit like 30mcg or whatever it is, i have a high opiate tollerence so i figure this would be just sorta like takin a 80 or something, it would take me like 90mg or more of oxy to nod out, or a few bags of d.
Anyways Im not smoking it all at once but I had trouble reoving the gel, it wouldnt come off, maybe it was too try from beingin the air too much.

But if i just put it on tinfoil the patch itself and just smoke it that way, will it still work? Any tips? Thanks

That's a moderate opiate tolerance, not "high" though. Anyway that isn't the point just wanted to point that out.

And it probably wouldn't work nearly as well, you can't like, scrape the patch off the hardened gel with a knife..?

well its not EXTRMEELY HIGH like using for years, takes alot just asaying cuz i know fent is liek double the strength of oxycontin as in like 30mcg = 60mg oxy correct?

But its being a bitch n wont scrape off so i guess ill just have to make do with smoking the toxins in the patchs as well

your not supposed to smoke these! There is a thread on extracting fentanyl from these kind of patches, use the search engine, its been covered quite well. Honestly, I get these patches and the best way to use them OTHER than to put them on your skin is to dry the inside of your cheek, and stick it (sticky-side in) to the inside of your cheek. After about 10 minutes you'll start to feel it, and you can keep it in there for hours, the high will last. they don't make 30 patches so how is it that you have 30mcg/h?

And also, you have to take into consideration that 30mcg/h or however much strength mcg/h is how much is released PER HOUR so your actually taking in A WHOLE LOT MORE!! This is a dangerous drug, I know cause I get them prescribed. So its 2,160 mcg all together if its 30 mcg/h that your attempting to get all at once. Please be careful cause fent is nothing to mess with.
