Fentanyl rectal bioavailability/best ROA actiq

Hey guys! Ive been lurking on this forum for YEARS! And finally decided to join!
Im really, really happy to be here.. its about damn time.

Anyway, after much searching I've come to notice there is little to no information regarding the rectal bioavailability of fentanyl.. This isn't a good thing. People need to know what to expect if dosing. I mean seriously, if above 80% you could really OD by putting 800mcg in there. Anyone have any info that isn't readily available? I started to think about it because I was thinking of plugging an actiq I've recently come across. 50% bio isn't good enough for ~muah~, seeing how finances are strained until I become a pop sensation.. I was also thinking about making a saline nasal solution out of it. That is something I could definitely live with..

Intervenous, transdermal, and lollipops all have their uses but the only usage of a short acting rectal administration would be is in place of buccal for those with facial injuries or something and that is just better handled with IV.

If you want to make a nasal spray you can aim for 70% BA.

That makes sense when you think about it.. its already high. I did make an actiq nasal spray.. It definitely worked. The only issue I had was the large surface area of the saline bottle. I would have much rather preferred it to be smaller with more concentrated shots. Thats alot of sugar and other gunk to be putting in your sinuses!
