fentanyl question

okay so my friend got his hands on some 100 mcg fent patches, his tolerance is pretty high, it takes him 80mg of oxy to get high, and usually does 100mg + a day. so i told him about methods to smoke the gel and whatever, but he is not intersted in doing that. basically he wanted me to ask would 2 of the patches on him keep him fucked up for 3 days or would it take more? he basically just wants a nice vacation since he is off for the next 4 days. what would be the right amount of patches for someone with his tolerance to wear? thanks guys!

It is probably too risky to wear two 100mcg patches at the same time and he would be better off using other methods. I thought the power of wearing the patch was way overrated, there is a equivalence chart for fentanyl that you should find. Fentanyl is so hard to give an opinion on, I got nothing from wearing a 100mcg patch when my tolerance was probably 80-120mg's oxy. I also got nothing out of using the gel on my gums and cheeks, basically I thought fentanyl lacked euphoria of any kind really. Ive also heard of people drying the gel, breaking it up, and then snorting it. I dont know about wearing the patches, I really dont think that will do much, but he could try it and after a day if nothing is happening he could try the other routes.

^ Ya I never found fentanyl to be a euphoric opioid either, always felt cold and dull... the 100mcg patches are great for keeping out of withdrawl though if you have a habit.
