Opioids Fentanyl patches

usually just cut the patch in squares and take one and cook it like u would with heroin. but i usually put some lemon juice to help the extraction
 
ehh that sounds a lil to harmful for me. know any good ROA besides IVing? or maybe what some other ppl do?
 
I mean you could put it on ur skin, but really not the most effective way IMO.
 
U could chew on it ive done that. i forgot that works very well, tastes pretty bad though

Putting it on your skin is a very effective way and definitely the safest. I read that it has a bioavailability of around 90% when used as directed (on your skin) and 99% when injected. The risks from injecting it are not worth that extra 9%.

I would also not recommend fentanyl to someone who doesn't already have a very high tolerance to opioids.
 
The first time i ever did it i just took like one corner i think it was around 15 mcg but dont quote me on that.
 
That is true, it is very powerfull. but if ur gonna do it just start off very small
 
Fentanyl is a very dangerous drug and you really don't sound like you should be messing around with it if you can't take a few minutes to do some research on something that can be so deadly. If you decide to do it I personally think smoking it is the safer way (as opposed to bucally) because you can smoke little bits and know if you can handle more or not in 5-15 seconds. The way I smoke it, is I take a piece of the patch and hold a corner with pliers, then I stick the sticky side on foil. I then light a lighter underneath the foil for only a second at most and pull the piece off with my pliers right away.
Really though... You should take a few minutes to look into what you're dealing with instead of just taking a couple random people's word on it. Really man, try to be a little smarter. I know taking 20 minutes to look into the potentially deadly drug you're taking might be a little difficult for some people, but do your best... It's not worth your life. I was in front of my comp for a good 3 or 4 hours the first time I fucked with fent. Just be careful.
