Leave the fuckin syringe. I understand that your tolerance is high, so let's say that you cut a 100 in 4 pieces. You take one of them, and you place it in your mouth, a good place is at your upper lips, with the sticky side not at your gum, but in the inside part of your upper lips. So, if you wanna do it this way, you cut the 100 at 4 strips, and you put one of them in the inside part of your upper lips, and use your teeth to press it, if you know what i mean..You must not swallow for half-one hour(as more as you can, the better..). It's better if you dry your lip(inside), what i wanna say is that as better it sticks, you'll get it more. It's very difficult to really stick it, the most possible is that it will stay in the place you put it, without being stuck on it..but nevermind, this doesn't mean that it won't work. But just remember to not swallow..I think you got the meaning, as drier is the place, it will be better..Also you can put it in the inside cheek(sticky side to the cheek), and of course the drier the better..And about your tolerance, because is high, i think that 1/4 of a 100 patch will be safe to start, fent is a very strong opiod as you know, if you had not a high tolerance, 1/8 or less of a 100 patch would be a good amount to start..So, you put the strip at the inside of your upper lips, and you try to stick it as better as you can, using your teeth to push it..before you put it, try to dry the area with a towel..don't swallow, at about 15-25 min. you'll get it, maybe you would need a second strip to get it, because of your tolerance, doing the same and stick it at the inside of your down lip..but DON'T start with 2 strips together, if you don't wanna have an OD...stick the second strip ONLY if you didn't get anything from the first..and ONLY 1-1 and 1/2 hour after you put the first...you know what the fuckin thing is with fentanyl...the line between the high and the OD is very thin..i'm trying to say that maybe you would be in a situation like "oh, fuck..well, it didn't do nothing or almost nothing, so let's stick the second strip..", it doesn't gives you signs that you would have a fuckin OD, or the signs are very difficult to see..anyway, please start safe, start with one strip (the 100 patch has 16,8mg, so a 1/4 stript has 4,2mg of fent,a really big amount when we talking about fent), and please think it again (and again, and again), if you wanna stick a second or(i don't wanna even think about it), a third strip and only after 1 or better 2 hours..The point is to keep the area as dry as you can. And of course don't try to shoot it again..Well, i know, i sound like a fuckin retard, saying you all the time be carefull, watch out, etc. and as a matter of fact, i'm nothing more than a fuckin junkie, i try to abuse every fuckin medicine that falls in my hands, and of course i use dope as much as i can afford(i don't have much money, or maybe better i'm fuckin broke all the time..)
...But fent is a very easy way to OD, even for people with a fuckin high tolerance..And of course, i don't wanna suggest someone a way to OD..So start safe my friend, better not high and alive, than high and dead..So be safe my friend, and believe me, this method works, even for people with tolerance like our..The key is DRY..(watch out for any OD signs, i'm sure you know).And again (i know, i know, "what an asshold" you think..), be very carefull and start slow..Have a safe and nice time,%)..
