how do you get them to stick to the inside of your mouth?? they freakin slide all over the place

these are mylans (silicone matrix, not the alcohol filled pouch ones)

Why would you even put it in your mouth. I have a great idea, use them as directed. Find a hairless place on your body, adhere, sit back and wait. Fentanyl is incredibly potent and has a pretty long half life as far as overall retention which makes it incredibly dangerous. You are talking a substance that is measured in micrograms as far as dosage and those patched, a 75 mic for example have about 1.5 mgs. of fentanyl in them. It is not something you play with, but to each their own.

At least you are only using Durogesic, and not Duragesic. Duros have it impregnanted in the matrix and are not so easy to overutilise. Had it bssn Duragesic I would really question you. Either way, it is not an intelligent thing to do.

well, im not trying to sound like an ass, but youre lucky if you can catch a good high off the fentanyl patch by wearing it. yeah it has an extremely high bioavailability using it transdermally, however the amount released is really low.

the 75 mcg/h patches actually have 7.5 mg's, making them even more dangerous. it releases 75 mcg/h for 100 hours.
 
I think your wrong!

7.5mgs is a fatal dose, instant OD if that would be released all at once. Fent patches last 48 hours.
 
i get 15 watson gels a month

i wear them for 48 hours and take the patch off, fold it in four, and cut off the tip, and squeeze the gel out on my finger and rub it on my gums

I take mine off every 48 hours also (watson 75mcg/hr). How is the effect from rubbing it on your gums?
 
putting mylans under your tongue *sublingual* is not as effective as putting it in your check and sucking.

basically, put the mylan on a check and suck on it until that 'wierd' mediciny taste is gone (1.5 hours ~)



(I get 15 25mcg gels and 15 12 mylans each month. While I smoke my gel ones, rather than rubbing it on my gums or whatever, I prefer the high I get from the mylans. its stronger and pretty good...enjoy
 
in my opinion the best and safest way to abuse these and get high assuming u have the gel patches which it sounds like u do since your asking about the effect of rubbing it on your gums. poke a hole in a corner of the patch with a safety pin, squeeze out a tiny (i mean the size of a matchead or smaller to start) glob onto tin foil. Then get a straw or pen tube and hold a lighter under the foil to sort of vaporize the fent while inhaling it through your tube. this takes a little bit of trial and error because u cant see the vapor but u can taste it. So do this, hold in your hit, and wait at least 3-5 minutes before doing another hit. It is much safer because whereas when u put it in your mouth, you can take way too much without it hitting you resulting in an od, people usualy put them in their mouths when they are completely finished just to get the last little bit out of it. You can also squeeze all the gel out onto a plate and put it in front of a fan and let the alcohol evaporate leaving you with fent crystals. then scrape up the crystals and use the tin foil vaporizing method, but remember to only start with a tiny amount. I personally preffered the method i just described when i had access to fent, but its not too different from vaping the gel straight. just be careful, this shit can lay you out quick. it needs to be treated with respect and pay attention to your heart rate/breathing - its not as euphoric as most recreational opiods/ates if your not accustomed to the effects alot of people do more thinking they arent high and then BAM your fucked up falling out of your chair. did i say you? i meant me in my younger daze.....enjoy safely
 
I have the gel ones. If I don't get more info on how effective (and euphoric) the gum method is I might try the smoking method.
 
gum method isnt good,
cheak method is pretty good,
under tongue isnt good,
smoking is best by far

smoking is good because you get the highest, but it is dangerous. just be careful
 
honestly, just wearing the patches works pretty good too... you'd be surprised, however I myself never have the willpower the keep one on
 
I have only been wearing them right now, I have a bunch of used ones sitting in a box, waiting for a day that I have nothing else.

And since you've been contributing to my other thread sunset, you can guess that I will probably be pretty fucked up from just wearing the patches if I do that little mix with the ketoconazole. lol
 
make sure you know what you are doing, this is a harm reduction site and cutting two 50ug/hr sticking half of each of one arm and the other halves under my tongue resulted in respiratory depression and subsequent liver damage - i had used before all good, but the only opioid i have ever spewed from... my blood pressure is low and it was taken with xanax everytime but the unpredictability of how much you get at a time once you have cut the patch nearly killed me...
 
I know there's been a few people die in my area because of ODing on fentanyl patches. My mother had a drip after her liver transplant. She said it's the only opiate she ever liked.
 
i get watson gels, 15 25mch/hour patches

i tried smoking them and got nothing, most of did it wrong

when i am done with them, i squeeze out the remaind gel and put it between bum and cheek so it gets absorbed in my blood stream


they came out with a dissolving fentnaly pill earlier this year that you put between your gum and cheek for 30 minutes then swallow
i sense this is the next step for abusers

but i prefer oxyir for breakthrough pain
