Opioids Fentanyl patches, need help!

Hey fellow bluelighters, as some of you know i live in brazil (wich meke it's very rare to buy some first class opióids) anyway i've im my handa 5 patches with 2.1 mg og fentanyl in them, they sai it will slowly release 15mcg of fentanyl im mi blood estream for several hours. AND I'M VERY HAPPY ABOUT IT. i had fentany only once and it was completely diferent since he is a nurse (man nurse) he gave me an ampoule of 100mcgs, then i just shoot it up. that's my question: did ai made a good buy? will it make me fell opie high (LOVE IT)? if yes, haw to use it samrtly and taking the less risks i can? Pleas brothers, help me on this one. I know fentanyl is pro stuff.
 
Yes, fentanyl gives an opioid high last time I checked.

Don't cut it or other stupid shit, just use it as directed.
 
but evem in this small doses (25mcgs an hour). It's obvious that i knoe that fentanyl will get me high! but how can i use the patch, to give me maximum results? (remembering that it's a weak patch (only 25 mgs an hour time release....).
 
depending on what kind of patch theres ways to smoke it or eat it, but BE CARFEFUL its very easy to take too much.

can anyone give me simple explanations.... 'causa i'm about to buy 5 fentanyl patches with 2.1 mgs fentanyl in each, time release adesive form.. it will cost me some money and i would like to know, if i'm making a good deal. If i am, how can i use the 2.1 mg patches?
 
It really just depends on the individual. I hated fentanyl, the 100mcg patches, it just doesnt have the opiate feeling I like, I thought it sucked. Many people do like fentanyl though so like with most things, it varies. 15mcg is pretty low, but if you have low to no tolerance it could be fine for you. Fentanyl is very potent so caution must be used especially at the beginning. The only somewhat enjoyable fentanyl experience I had was when it was injected in the hospital. One thing about fentanyl I think is if you are used to the opiate feeling of something like oxycodone or hydrocodone, it can be dangerous for someone like me because it just doesnt have the same feeling for me, which can lead to using more and more and possibly too much of it. But hopefully fentanyl works out for you. Good luck.

I used the gel patches by taking the gel out and rubbing it on my gums and inside of my cheeks where it is absorbed. I have heard of people smoking it and even of people taking the gel out, drying it, crushing it up, and snorting it. Some people just wear them normally.

Its hard to say if its a good buy, if you think you have the chance to buy them at a later time maybe getting two of them to see how they do for you is the better idea. Im not for sure if youre supposed to talk buying on here, but maybe its only involving prices, Im not sure. It varies from individual to individual on whether you will enjoy the fentanyl experience or not, so its hard to give an opinion.

If its making you happy theres not really much reason to go away from it. I understand wanting to try new things, and experimenting can be good, but yea I think waiting for something like hydrocodone or maybe oxycodone would be a better next step. And that would be something I can almost gaurantee would be a good or great experience.
 
Never had hygrocodone before. But in my opinion: Oxycontin sucks! I,ve bought 300mgs and even wehen i had 100mgs orally(at once) or 40 mgs, cold water extracted (i'ved, at once too), i't wasn't no high copared to 600mgs codeine!
So please, someone in this forum know, how can i do the process of extracting the 2.1 mg from the fentanyl patch? and use this fentanyl safely?

As I understand, the "time-release adhesive form" can actually be a couple different things:
1) there are patches with gel that will all come out if you cut the patch and squeeze it
2) there are patches (polymer-matrix or something) that will not come out easily if you cut the patch, and you would have to do some kind of extraction to get it out.

The ones I've had, you can tell by squeezing it with your finger if it is gel or not - the gel moves around, the matrix ones are just like squeezing a piece of plastic.

With the gel ones, I put some gel on tinfoil and smoked it and I really liked that. The matrix ones are a pain to take any way but as directed, or you can put it inside your cheek for a slightly faster absorption.
 
honestly, there is a more efficient way to do them than wearing them, but it's complicated and very very very easy to kill yourself. It's probably a better and safer idea for you to just wear it.
 
no brothers it ain't a gel patch but i heard something about "water extracting polymer matrix fentanyl paches" does it make any sense? 12,5 mcg/hr woul give me an "high" cause that's de one i have acess and i will pay 100 usd for them, so please if anyone can help me to extract this kind of patch i will be hery gratefull.
