Ight swims sittin here with a half a fentanyl 75 mcg and like 1.5 maybe ( more than a quarter of the patch on his forearm). He has to use like this cause he got the aveva brand and he wasted the other part of the patch cause he didnt know they dont work sublingually and he doesnt know how to work extractions or whatever. the little bits of patch that make up over a quarter patch has been on em for about 24 hours now and he doesnt feel shit man. This doesnt make sense cause he currently has no tolerance. and everywhere on this site says to take alot of fuckin caution but last time he got the 75 mylans hed chew like a 8th size piece consistently for a couple days and never felt scared of a OD. so how can he utilize the remaining half patch carefully and without killing himself? should he just man up and slap it on on with what hes already wearing???

How long have you been waiting? Transdermal absorption takes a while.
If you have prior fentanyl experience, I doubt you have no tolerance.
