Opioids Fentanyl Patch Help

Again, I wont do fent anymore and my tolerance is up to about a GRAM of morphine a day. That's 1000mg. Did I mention that's IV, also?
 
I wouldnt mess with Fent without a tolerance. they are very strong. To put some perspective on this. When i was using fent 1/4 of a patch sucked on for 40min would have me nodding for hours and i had about a 250-300mg/day oxy habit.. so if i was you, get rid of or trade the fent (im sure any of your opiate experienced friends would love to take them off your hands) and get something more apt for a beginner, some vicodin or percocet, or even half of a Roxi (oxy 30)
 
If you value your life, start very small. 1/4 of a patch is way too much. Try 1/10 or less.

I am closing this because many other threads like this have run their course. The answer in the end is always either - 1. don't do fentanyl or 2. start very very small and don't ever be brave around it.
