ok,so i have a glass fentanyl bottle which has on the label fentanyl 0.05 mcg/ml 10 ml solution
i have been on 60 mg of methadone but tempered down to 10 mg in 5 months but still have a good high tolerance to opiates(just the other day shot 40 mg of methadone) and just quited benzo's a few months ago due to a hight tolerance to them(i wasn't even feeling them anymore no matter how much i would've taken)and felt like a waste of time and done(somewhere in my mind i knew it would be a useless thing to do but somethimes i feel like shooting,although i may be doing this once or twice a year now),so back to the point,how much fent should i shoot while on methadone cuz i know it's one of if not the only one that can break trough the methadone limit,in that solution it has to b 0.500 mcg and an average dose would be 0.05 but then again i have a high opiate tolerance,so can someone tell me what would be the safe amount to shoot the first time?
and still feel a rush or a slight high over methadone(i'm not feeling anything anymore from methadone at this low dose,not even at 40 mg iv)
and i know the opinion on shooting fent but since it's in a liquid form and don't need to extract the solution out of e.x. a patch it should be fine

ps.2 : i know in the U.S. u don't find liquid fent,or at least i didn't the last time i was there,right now i live in Romania(east europe) and i get some of my stuff from hospitals,i have a few friends that are working in the surgery room and one of them is an anesthesician
