so i get 100mcg and 75mcg watson patches i wear 175mcg every 3 days...
i have to keep them held up with a piece of under-scrub from medical scrubs
normally after 60hrs+ i get a strong urge to want to change them out.
i notice a considerable jump in how much oxycodone i need to control my pain.

they're also very annoying if i dont have the right wrap.
they fall off. The Mylan patches work better for me... can I ask my doctor for those specifically?
I feel more at the mercy of whatever the pharm has and these do a decent job for two days
but idk if im allowed to change a 3 day patch sooner or what a good suggestion would be?

the problem is-
for long-acting pain relief what are my comparable options? i see the doc in two hrs so we'll see how it goes

It's definitely within your right to ask for specific brands of medication. Tell your doc what works best for you and he might agree or disagree for his own reasons.
 
Could you stagger your doses maybe? Use only the scriped amount still but say 2 days into the 100ug patch you change your 75ug one?

Ut yes you can definitely ask for the kind that work best for you.
