hey i have a 50mcg fentanyl patch; Mylan brand. after doing research and my friends advice i decided to cut the patch open ( containing gel ) and eat half i kept it under my tounge as long as i could. i would like to hear advice or what i can be expecting. to be said i have a high opiate tolerance. thank you.
 
As far as I know, Mylan doesn't make a gel patch. You probably have plastic matrix patches, in which case the best way to use it is to simply wear it as intended. Pick a spot to place the patch, wash and dry the area well.

The less hair on the area the better. Once you've put the patch on, leave it on. Removing it and re-applying it will leave you with a bunch of dead skin stuck to the adhesive which really gums up the works and makes it a pain in the ass to re-apply.

Fentanyl is a seriously potent drug, and you need to watch your step even if you have an opiate tolerance. It will take awhile for it to build up and start to take effect. Be patient. Several hours may pass but it will work as promised sooner or later. Heat may be applied in intervals to speed the release of the drug, but don't go crazy with it.

There is excellent information here at Bluelight on these patches, how to use them, etc. A simple search will probably yield more information than you could ever want on the subject.

If you start to feel sick, or you go pale, remove the patch as soon as possible. You shouldn't sleep with it on at first, either. Fentanyl has claimed too many Bluelighters, it's important to be cautious.

hey im extremely high right now and i ate half of the gel patch only 45 min ago it is mylan btw i got it in it's package. so there's no way i can simply wear the patch at this point. also when i ate the gel i ate half but it didn't appear to be much. do u think this high will get more intense or when do u think the peak would be..?

omg im high.

Fent is very sneaky and will hit you like a ton of bricks before you know it. It doesnt have much of a euphoric rush or anything like that so you have no idea what is coming.

If your already high, save it for another day. If your not where you want to be, chip on it very very small quantities at a time.
 
Wearing the patch is much more effective. Eating is a waste and far more dangerous, it wont last long. Lets see 4 hour dull high that could possibly kill me or be cruising for 72 hours... hmmm....

I found it effective to shave the area right before applying the patch.

* dont take with sedatives, dont take with kidney/liver disease, dont take with other medication that may increase fentanyls effects, always have someone to monitor you when experimenting

That's because fentanyl is so potent. It is dosed in micrograms since it is so strong, which is why it doesn't appear to be much. Hell, an 80mg OxyContin doesn't appear to be much, but they sure pack a big punch (especially when you have no tolerance).
 
Yea im fine i was high as fuck off half for about a good 10 hrs. my friend just wore the patch as some of u have suggested is better. in our comparison while high it was evident that i was much higher and even tho he did feel his and is even at this point his was not as euphoric as my high appeared to be. he claimed to just be very relaxed and worry free just as i was but i was also euphoric. and i still have half left :)
 
Jeez man how badly were you nodding?

Half a 50mcg patch is roughly equal to 300 mg morphine or 160 mg Oxycontin!

Also this shit will raise your opiate tolerance like a mother F ucker... my grandma was on the 75mcg patch and then when she went off she needed to up her morphine dose from 60 mg X2 to 100mg X2 daily with break threw pain meds added.

yea man i Prolly had one of the most intense nodds I've ever had for a good hour. also I've been hearing it raises ur tolerance like a mother too. i guess after i eat the other half today ( i just ate it ) ill Prolly quit opiates for a while to get my tolerence back down.
