I have worn two 50mcg/hr and was really high after a few hours. I now have on two 75mcg/hr. Is this too much? It is 10pm and i put them on about an hour ago. Will it be okay to go to sleep with them on. After reading some of the post im afraid to go to sleep with them both on. I have worn three 50's before and didn't overdose, i don't think----i got really sick and was throwing up though and got a horrible headache and just wanted to sleep, but for three days after i took them off i was still sick so i just assumed that i had the flu and it wasnt to do with the patches. What do you think? Should i keep them on tonight or not? i know i will will wake up with a great high if i dont overdose. but will i overdose? is that what i did last time or did i really have the flu? Need opinions fast! Also, what would the patch show up as on a drug screen? Opiates? Thanks!

oh...i have a really high tolerance to pain pills and opiates.

The side effects were from fent.. .the headache.. puking ect..

Im super tolerant and only recently did I start sleeping with fent patches on. It's nothing to fuck with. It's a craps shoot with your life. And, I am only wearing a 75mcg patch.

i wouldn't go to sleep with 2 patches on and i think you were going through w/ds if you stopped and didn't use bupe or something else.

I might be a little late, but my opinion: definitely don't wear them to bed. The long-acting delivery method is the key point; even if you suddenly realize that you have too much stuck to you, you are most likely still going to be absorbing even after you take them off... sometimes long after. Meaning you can't really make it stop.
Anything that is so difficult to control and adjust is quite dangerous (even more so when you aren't already, you know, conscious).

I also think the other posters were right; feeling bad after removing a sudden high dose was probably a rebound.

Even after you take the patches off, the fent will still be in your system for a while. I am pretty sure that you got sick because of too much fentanyl, and taking off the patches won't just instantly stop delivering it to your system. They absorb slowly and over a long period of time.

I wouldn't go to sleep with them on. Chances are you will be ok, but it is honestly a big risk because it is hard to gauge your dose and pinpoint your tolerance. If you take too much from the patches, there is no turning back and taking them off when you start feeling sick won't make it go away, and more fent will get absorbed even after taking them off.

I would take them off now before you go to sleep, and put them back on when you wake up so if you do start getting sick from taking too much, you will be aware (hopefully) and can take them off, and if necessary seek medical help immediately incase you fall out.

Fentanyl is some strong shit and can be very dangerous if you aren't very careful with it. It can sneak up on you and fucking kill you without notice.

Be careful !
