Opioids Fentanyl Gel Patches

I've come across some 50 mcg/h Fetanyl patches made by Watson. The person that gave them to me has a prescription but does not used them as prescribed. He prefers to cut open the end of the gel patch and squeeze a little bit of gel onto his finger and then suck it off. I'd prefer to do my own research before trying anything new because they only thing I know about fentanyl is how dangerous it is.

Transdermal bioavailablity is apparently 98% but oral is in the 30% range. I used to have a mild opiate tolerance but even then I would have not been prepared to slap an entire patch on. Any recommendations on how to use these most efficiently?

Also, not sure if this is against the rules but I have heard street prices vary from $SNIP to $SNAP a patch (25mcg/h to 100mcg/h) patches. Is this estimate about right?

Just saw the Fetanyl extraction thread on the next page. Sounds like I should just pass on doing them.
