Opioids Fentanyl extraction question, with info of type of patch

Hello, I’m someone with decades of long opio addiction and I have good quality of life with methadone. I’m on 2x 70MG methadone a day IV. but I can take as much as 200mg in one shot. Im in a position atm when I need specific information about extraction of fentanyl patch. It should be for I.V consumption. I know all risks and did before fentanyl from patches but for years now not anymore. I’m not living in USA so I never had fentanyl in salta in tablets or some
Thing like that.
Is cutting to pieces then 1 hours in 15ml methanol extraction then evaporating it to 1ml, adding 10ml water and bring it to ph 5 still good way?? I need simplest and ofc. Most efficient method. If there is already topic then pls show me, have hard time to navigate here. Thank u. I’ll add the patch I have :
