Fentanyl Duragesic Patch Question.

I've posted a few things things on these patches before, but before I was looking for some input on trying to use this using buccal administration. Now I have tried using this administration method, but I never felt a thing from it. No warm feeling, nodding, nothing. So I have a 100 mcg/ hr patch again, and yes I understand the fact fent. is not to be messed with. So lately I've been using morphine, but it just doesn't do that much. I usually take about 100 mg ER pills at once, switching between oral and intranasal administation, but I only use at night time usually, like I stated once a day. From what I've read one of these patches is equivelant to about 400 mg of morphine a day when use the correct way (The TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM way ), so my logic is that I could with stand this patch because it spreads that out over the course of 24 hours for the 2 or 3 days you wear it. Also if I do the math, which is hard to do with fent. but is that I use the fact of it being like a 400 mg per day habit of morphine then devide that my 24 hours, since it releases by the hour it would be equivelant to something like 16.6 mg or morphine per hour.

Hopefully this is making sense, I'm not the best at putting stuff into words, but I'm hoping someone can follow what I'm saying. So my main question is that if it's released over time and is in fact equivelent to 16.6 mg of morphine per hour, then wouldn't this mean I could prolly handle this without two much worry of OD. Also I know morphine has a pretty low B.A. so that where I get confused on whether I could handle it.

Anyways any input would be much appreciated, and feel free to ask me more specific questions so you can get a better idea of what I'm trying to say, and my logic on why I think I could withstand it. So I'll leave it at that, and hope to hear from some fellow BL's with knowledge on the subject.

don't fuck with fent dude.. i had two friend in the past 3 months take to much and od off this stuff cause they thought they could handle more.
sell the patch, get your morphine and stay away from fent unless directed from a doc. not tryin to sound like a straight edge but seriously do anything else other then fent.

Sorry to hear that, and yea I understand that it would be nice if I could trade it for something else, the only problem is idk where to find much else, and I kinda live in a small town. So I don't wanna end up in legal trouble cause someone else fucked up and died, cause I traded them the thing. I guess the best thing to do is flush it... but damn. IDK

here listen, when you sell someone the patch just tell them you didnt get it from me. simple as that. and make sure now ones around so lets say he did die you are no way how dragged into that. many people die from ods everyday and there dealers are probably still on the street.

if you feel that you MUST try it in order to get your high, i would recommend cutting it into smaller pieces and starting with one of the pieces. also, there should be a converter out there on the web that can tell you how much fentanyl = x amount of morphine. find one of these conversion charts and you should be able to gauge your needed dose. keep in mind though that oral morphine's bioavailability is extremely low so i would start pretty low with the fentanyl.

golden rule: you can always take more but never less.

do a little searching around bluelight too as this topic has been covered countless times and you can probably find a lot of (if not all of) the information you are seeking. good luck!

Yea it's the gel kind, so I can't cut it into smaller pieces otherwise I would have tried that. Do you think that by removing only a quarter of the plastic that is on the sticky side would allow only 25 percent of the 100 mcg, or would it most likely just use that spot to deliver the gel at the normal rate? Idk just one other idea that I had. And also I don't plan on trading it I'd rather flush it then have to worry about someone else messing up with it.

Oh, and when I tried buccal administration I rubbed it into my cheeks and gums and left it in for 10 minutes using a bb sized amount. Waited a half hour after rinsing and then tried again with the same amount, but still no results. Then the third time about an hour or two later with a little more and waited the rest of the day, but felt nothing. I know it says when used the transdermal way it can take 8 or more hours before you feel the effects, is this true for buccal administration also, or should I begin to feel the effects by the time I go to spit it out and rinse my mouth to avoid swallowing any of the gel?

Never thought of trying to make it into a nasal spray, but wouldn't it end up draining down my throat into my stomach? I've read that if you ingest the gel it makes it pointless, that's why you're suppose to spit after buccal administration?

Have you ever tried this or read about people doing this? All that I've heard of is slap on the patch, cut the edge off and rub it on your cheeks and gums, or vaporizing it, and some say to dry it and then snort the powder.

Idk still can't make up my mind on what to do, using buccal administration didn't seem to give me any sort of mood change, high, body buzz, ect. I might try vaping it, but I seem to come across a lot of stuff saying that this way can be a little more dangerous.

I wish that I could just slap it on, but I don't like the fact you won't notice the effects for 8-12 hours, and by then it seems like I would have to much stored in my cells, and then idk what the outcome would be.
