A friend of a friend of mine has little to no opiate tolerance.
He takes a few tramadol every now and then for a headache or injury, and claims to occasionally parachute a bit more.
But recently another friend of a friend of mine gave him a box (note: he doesn't know how exactly much is in the box haha) of Duragesic 100mcg/hr Fentanyl patches.
He sent me this, saying he had read it somewhere:
"Non-medical use of fentanyl by individuals without opiate tolerance can be very dangerous and has resulted in numerous deaths."
He says that it has sort of scared him away from it, but wanted me to find out if it was safe for him.
How could one go about dosing this so as to not over-do it?
He told me his preferred RoA would be to smoke it off of foil, so take that into account.

I've been reading that without a tolerance it's pretty damn dangerous.
Wouldn't want his Fentanyl to go to waste, it's a rarity around here.
