Fentanyl dosage advice needed

Hey there Bluelight, my trusted source recently started stocking fentanyl citrate sprays made with 1.58mg/ml with ~111ug per spray.

Now, I need some dosage advice concerning cross tolerance between oxycodone and fentanyl. Assuming they both are agonists of the u-opioid receptor tolerance of one should affect the other, my 50-60mg oxy tolerance (30mg to start and chased with 20-30mg) should affect his fentanyl.
How many sprays would be effective for the initial strong hit and how many to chase it with?

Advice would be much appreciated, considering CNS depression overdose is such a horrible thought.

Cheers

Mod note: No "SWIM" at bluelight buddy. Thanks!

Dont use fentanyl if your opiate tolerance is that low, its just dangerous if you are dead set start with 1 spray and wait.

There are some opiate crosstolerance calculators online that can help you with this. Hell theres even an app for that, just google it. I say take 25% less than your usual dose when converted to fent. Personally I'd advise against fent altogether esp when its instant release since its a real strong opiate. But erring on the harm reduction side I say take halfof your oxy dose in fent equivalent.
