Fentanyl Citrate IM dose?

quick question I have a vial of 2mL Fentanyl Citrate for injection (100 mcg Fentanyl/2 mL It says it's for IV or IM use, what is IM and can I drink this instead of injecting?

IM = intramuscular shot (into the muscle)

i wouldnt recommend drinking it as oral admin is very low like 33% i would im it as fentanyl is very lipid soluble but understand if needles scare you maybe swap it with sumone for sumthing else
