Every is fentanyl now only less then 1% is heroin and if it’s pharma unless you know it not coming from a new bottle everyone or blister expect it to be fent

Actually Fentanyl is a useful medication, that is being abused. Anesthesiologists give it too patients before and during many surgeries.

It is the abuse of it. The illegal shit is the issue.

Cocaine even has a legitimate medical use. For certain surgeries.
