Fentanyl and tolerance questions

Ok, smoking plastic is a really bad idea... you seem like you dont give a shit about your health.
With this kind of attitude theres a fair chance that you will kill yourself with fent and i really advise you to stop usage since it is not just dangerous but also extremely addictive (definitely comparable to heroin) and it will skyrocket your tolerance.

If you need to use it despite all warnings do it properly: cut it in 8ths (ONLY SUITABLE FOR 25 yg patches) Long and thin pieces are most suitable. Put it between teeth and cheeks with the sticky side to the cheek. Dont play with it with your tongue. Put another piece on your cheek every 30 minutes till you achieve satisfactory wffects. NEVER mix it with other cns depressants such as alcohol or, even worse, benzos. I mixed it with kpins once and it was absolutely horrible. I nodded out all the time, was totally confused and had to remind me to breath every other moment.

Stay safe. Remember fent is 40 times as potent as heroin. It may easily hook or kill you. Or both

Smoking plastic is not good for your health at all. The only benefit is being able to titrate your dose easily. I'm glad things went okay - the benefits of fentanyl do not outweigh the risks at all imo, is it really worth it for a high 10 seconds after you smoke? Inhaling plastic really isn't something you want to do often (at all really) so please try to keep your use down if you are insistant on using that ROA!

Buccal is safer for your lungs obviously but is harder to titrate and I'd be wary of thinking okay, I smoked that much and it didn't do much, so I'll try more buccally. You may not have smoked it very efficiently and once the fent is on your system following buccal administration you can't get it out again..

Fentanyl can and does kill people. Please be very careful and don't mix it with any other CNS depressants (alcohol, benzos) at all. Glad we helped you though.

As you've had your question answered and already dosed, I'm going to close this, but if you have any further questions feel free to shoot me a pm or start a new thread if it is a new question.
