Does anyone know if there is a way he could prep it for transdermal admin? That would prob be the way to go. I believe the fent patches have something that helps it get through the skin (ie little 'hairs' so to speak, not that this is how its done, but just to give an idea of how they manage to get this drug through the skin), or does fent simply diffuse through the skin on its own?

Either way i think a solidly measure dose of fent somehow administered transdermally is the way to go amigo if you can manage it.

If not, a carefully measured drop of fent under the tongue (if you're doing the doses you're suggesting this should be much much easier than somehow putting fent on candy and risking messing up the dose). Premeasure the amount you want, suck it up with an eyedropper or pippette, and get high.

As everyone else says: be careful. Just because fent is described as "heroin with no soul" does not mean you will not LOVE the effects nor develop a problem. I know a girl who used to do hundreds of dollars of fent every day: she was that hooked on it.

It has been more accurately described as the crack of opiates because of its incredible "potency" mixed with its short duration; you want to redose again and again and again.

Could you freeze the fentanyl into "popsicles"? This seems like it would work well and keep the absorption slow and primarily in your mouth.

I'd probably carefully measure the amount of fent, dilute a bit in water and drop on small piece of tissue, and put under tounge, repeat till full dose is in system.

Honestly I'd just sell it to get pills if I don't IV nor really like opiates. It pains me when all I have this corrosive tar and talc-laden pharms, then someone gets some good rare pharm-grade shit.But I digress.

But it can get you high other ways, most certainly. If it's easy to get or you don't give a shit who cares if it's "wasted". Problem is 50mcg is like the equivalent of one Vicodin, and that's IV. It is kind of more likely to cause respiratory depression than other opioids(AFAIK), but it might not still do much. Still best to start slow.

I can think of a few ways to use. One is you can hold it in you mouth for like 15 minutes or longer. A spray may work better. Another is to get one of those nasal atomizer devices to spray it into the nose, like they use for flu vaccines. Or another is to use a closed-system nebulizer, it'll put some in the lungs but leave most in the mouth to get absorbed. And you can squirt it up you ass.

Insufflation. I like the nebulizer idea or any way you could smoke it? You sound like the kind of dude that probably wouldnt be into smoking fentanyl and i dunno if its possible with shit out of ampules, i guess you cant cook that shit down either. Props for not using the needle i wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy so ill never tell someone who hasnt shot shit to try it.

But the fentanyl transdermal patches are for delivery of 25-100 mcg an hr. So for those who have high tolerances and have eaten or shot whole 72 hr patches thats 3600 mcg for a 72 hr patch. Ive almost fell out shooting whole patches but 100 mcgs can't be much at all.
