Fentanyl after Suboxone

I am on 4mg of suboxone maintnence, been on this dose for about 2 months I think.

I have a 100mcg/hr duragesic fent. patch. Because of how sub. can kinda mess up your tolerace I'm confused if this would be a waste, or the opposite that this would somehow be to much fent.

I was wondering if someone could give me some info. on how long to wait before using the fent. patch... I've read plenty of threads on how long to wait before dosing full agonist opioids after suboxone maint. most say 3-4 days for best effects. However some say that oxy, fent. and H. will punch through the suboxone after 36hrs (half life) to 48 hours.

I'm just looking for some peoples responces to this question with the information I've provided. Preferable people with experience with this combo. but all replys are welcome and appreciated.

Sorry hope this isn't jumping around to much, I had to add a few things.

Please give me some answers to the different questions I asked, I really want to do this soon, but want a little insite first.
 
it (the fent) will be somewhat active after the halflife of suboxone, but of course full effects will not be felt, you'd be better off waiting the 3 days, mostly because even after the halflife waiting period is passed you could still experience a precipitated withdrawl. That is most certainly something you'll want to avoid.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yea I definitely want to avoid precipitated WD's so I will wait 3 days . Do you think I would catch a decent buzz. I know everyone is different, but what do you think.
 
ugh, you CANNOT have pw from doing fent after sub.

I've done subs at 4 am and heroin at noon, and gotten wrecked, its depends on the situation
