Opioids Fentanyl - After Holding patch between teeth for 30+minutes?

Can I eventually swallow the saliva after holding the fentanyl patch between my teeth? All I have is the 1 25 mcg patch which has been sitting in my mouth now for over 30 minutes. Yesterday I did two 25 mcg patches, and I felt the effects, quite mildly, but lasted quite awhile at least.

I guess I still have quite the high tolerance to Opioids.

Anyway, anyone?

Would be best not to. Keep it there as long as possible, letting all the dimethicone absorb into your cheeks.

I always held it tight between my teeth and gums. Maybe a light misting of mouthwash or alcohol to aid absorbtion.

Most everything you read says sublingual doesn't work for fent but every time I do it I get pretty high. Just make sure you have a sober sitter, fent can make seasoned users drop.
