Opioids Fentanyl 50/mcg/h

I am a seasoned vet when it it comes to using opiates although just joining i always came here for advice in my early days for conversions etc info on oxymorphone(god i love that drug)......but so heres the deal im wondering exactly what i should take to get spun it ususally takes me 100 to 120 mg of Oxy(one line) or about 50 mg of oxymorphone....so now my question is will i even be able to get fucked up because of my tolerance and how much should i take? how should i take it? what is the bioavailability oral vs puttin it on my arm?
