Now i'm not sure if this goes here or elsewhere, ive seen people wondering this for years and years.So swim decided to post something to maybe end the madness circulating of people wanting to know how and why and what to use~~ Swim has been on patches for some years now, Of course swim needs to get high every now and then, So swim looked on here a long time ago and found out that you can inject fentynal(GEL PATCHES) with using vinegar. So swim being a very high opiate tolerant person at the time did it, Wonderfull in swims opinion, Swim got a high not even acheived from heroin. Now swim realizes the dangers, and the people that will say swims stupid. Swim is not here for that, Swim is here to tell the people that are going to do it, HOW to do it, and HOW to do it correctly. -- To start off swim uses a 1cc syringe, Swim then takes 30units of White vinegar, Takes a patch cuts the very end of it(watson brand with gel) and separates to the best of his ability the gel into 3 piles. leaving the 2 piles unused in the patch. Now realize swim is VERY VERY VERY opioid tolerant. Very. Swim gets roxy30's and kadians and fentanyl. Dillies once in a while when needed. Swim yes injects all of these. Anywho-- After separating the piles swim takes the amount deemed necessary and puts it in the spoon, then sprays the WHITE vinegar into the spoon and uses the end of the rig or syringe whatever you may call it, and stirs it around good for about 30 seconds-1minute. He then takes the rig and cleans it out with water and fills it up with 65 units of PURE CLEAN water. Then sprays the solution in the spoon and stirs again for 30 seconds. After that takes a simple cotton filter, Drawing it up.(no i dont use no micron filter -- too advanced for time consumption 10yrs++) and have a very clean looking shot, Load er up and fire. Never once has swim OD'D off of this. Call swim crazy, But while swim is "crazy" swim is hella high. -- latenite does it right.
