Opioids Fentanyl 25mcg for person with high opiate tolerance?

I couldn't find a reliable for consistent answer to this question using the search function, so I wanted to ask everyone here.

I have some of the flat, clear patches without gel that are 25mcg. I am used to using these buccally by cutting them intro strips and placing them between my gums or against my cheek. But I now have a very high opiate tolerance, so I was wondering what kind of response from these patches I can expect. My tolerance is about 200mg oxycodone to give me a nice feeling, or a few bags of nice H in an evening to relax and enjoy myself.

Are these fent patches worthless to me? Could they still be useful? Instead of cutting them into strips, shoudl I just cheek the entire patch?

My dad was on these when he od'd, but I think his were 3-day 75mcg patches,using multiple patches,and other opiates.... so they do something, maybe someone with more specific experience can answer.

You say they are 25mcg, but if they are 25mcg/h intended to last for say two days they contain well over a gram. Pretty big difference and a gram of fent (albeit you might not be able to get it all at once) is definitely not useless.

if your going to wear it you need 100mch/h patches if you want to smoke the gel 25mcg/h would do fine i think just don't try injecting the patch
