mylans are good because they got the gel....thats my experience, u can vaporize it, put some under your tongue, between your cheek and gums, in your nose, in your rectum, swallow(i wouldnt horrible b/a i believe) thats' why theyre better
Hem, in fact mylans are the matrix patches, they've got no gel in them, they're just like a piece of tape, like the nicotine patches smbd uses for quiting smoking..the fent is in the adhensive, the most patches are in matrix form now, durogesic (duragesic in the US) brand included..
I haven't use the mallinkdrot before, but i'm pretty sure that they're very weak, cause i've read many posts from people complaining about their potency, here in bl and in other forums too, and either one mentioning that they're good, as strong as the others, (at the same mcg/hr, of course..8)). I'm not sure, but i think that only the Watson make the gel ones now (talking about US), all the others are the matrix style..
Now, to compare with morphine, there are a lot of factors that counts, as RedRum wrote above^^. From my personal view, as i use the patches for many years (for chronic pain, i'm prescribed 100 mcg/hr every 48 hrs), don't mess with it unless you suffer from a sort of pain that the other opiates can't beat, (codeine, tramadol, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and finally oxymorphone aka Opana, which is the most addictive, i think..). With fentanyl, your tolerance goes through the roof, with a kind of ridiculous way, and i think that no one opiod-opiate, can even get close to this ridiculous rising..it's so fuckin sucks8(..but it's the only one that can win my pain,not always of course, but in life, we can't have it all, i don't wanna be a miserable, complaining man..

.
To conclude, if you're looking for recreational use, i'd rather stick to the morphine..and if you're looking for pain releaf, i'd rather stick to the morphine again, except the morphine doesn't give you the pain releif you need, (of course the quantity is an issue..). But even then, (except the only option you've got is to choose one of the 2), you could choose one of the other opiates, so you would not have to worry about your tolerance (and also, though we're talking about pain relief, most people find them more recreational than fent, just in case..

)
So, that's all, i hope i gave you some litl-tiny-minimum-bit of help, be fine and safe whatever you'll do, i wish you good health and luck, my friend..%)..
