Hallo you guys, well, this thing stuck in my mind from yesterday..I mean, i'm on the fent patch, a 100 every 48hrs for years, as i'm a chronic pain patient. I use it for some years (many..), and i searched some ways to make it stronger (many too..), cause i don't get the pain relief i need always. Anyway, i use it transdermally, i find it's the best way, cause bucally doesn't make much, and it lasts only for some (not many) hrs..and if you're in pain, this is a big, big problem. I talk about the matrix patches, and..yesterday, i thought:what if i drop a litl of citric acid on the patch, not much to cover it, only some granules, just before i stick it on me, what the fuck would happen? I think that the citric granules will kind of melt and absorb from the skin along with the fent, but i wonder if it could break the time-release, allowing more fent being absorbed, and...Well, i don't know, i'm not a chemist, maybe some better educated Bl'ers minds, could throw some light..I just know that the fent in the actiq and fentora, both made for bucally use, is fentanyl citrate, and in the patch is HCl i think, (or freebase form..)..I would like to hear your opinions, and also if somebody had this similar thought and made it, of course it would be very interesting to know, pain is a really fuckin bad problem, and when the meds you have are not enough to beat it, is....i'm sure a lot of you know this fuckin situation...so..
..yeah..
