Fent patch question

Yo

I have 12µg/h fent patches (apotex).

Will smacking one on make me high for 72hrs? Or is it too little? Too much?
If not I will do the extraction stuff, but otherwise I might just smack it on.

I have to take about 40 mg of oxy to get a nice strong nod.

So, what do you guys say?

12ug/hour isn't a huge amount, in total its just gonna be about 2mg in the whole patch. Chewing is probably the best way to do it, start with about 0.25mg (ie. cut the thing into quarters, then that in half), or maybe even less if you wanna be careful - goto keep in mind that fent is a very strong opi and it is extremely possible to OD on.

Abusing fent patches is one of the most dangerous things, opiate wise, you can do. And it's for a relatively shitty high.

Fent is probably the most dangerous "common" opiate out there; those patches have dropped many a good addict, and I know you're going to do it anyway, but please be mindful of how powerful the drug is and how little you actually need to achieve desired effects.

Tried 1/6th of the patch buccal, then chewed it. I'm not feeling much. How much would I be able to take? Keep in mind I take 12mg bromazepam daily. (I have a tolerance for that) Also, 40mg oxy is a fine (strong) dose for me.
