Opioids Fent patch efficiency

I'm curious what the most efficient way is of administering fentanyl.
I read tha transdermally is 92%, but that way's too slow. I'd like to get a bit of a rush.

What about plugging?
If a potentiator is used, would that have any effect if someone were administering fent by plugging?

BTW I am experienced with the use of fent patches. I've been using the 25s for a while now.
I've used them transdermally and I've cheeked them and cut open the gel ones and put the goo in my mouth. So I know all the cautions. I'm trying to find a way to use these that I like. So far none of the admin methods I've tried have failed, but my feeling has been that there's room for improvement.

transdermal is ~92% actually...
insufflation is ~89%
oral is very low....
not sure on anal...
 
You can bang the Actavis gell filled ones but, and I cant overemphasize this, YOU BETTER HAVE A TRIP SITTER TO SMACK THE HOLY FUCK OUT OF YOU ***WHEN*** YOU PASS OUT AND CANT BREATHE. Also, IV fentanyl has like a 2 minute half life, so, aside from the rush, you have wasted your 'nil. IV is efficient but a big let down. My girl and I have IV'd 15 100mcg/hr patches in 2 days, and its NOT WORTH IT. Injecting gel into your veins is Darwin Award territory.
 
Thanks Kid Amine, I probably should have mentioned that I have no intention of injecting the stuff. I tried snorting some by mixing it with a small amount of water then spraying it into my nose with a small syringe.
I liked it that way better than putting it in my mouth. it's hard not to swallow a bunch of it when it's in your mouth and you're salivating.
 
Smoke it, That's what I always did. I never tried IV but know a few people that do it. If you smoke it, cut a corner off and squeeze the gel out to about the size of a BB on some foil and try to burn it as slow you can just try to vaporize it, is the best way I can describe it. I have only been able to get the 100mcg patches so im not sure what a starting dose would be with the others. You tolerance will sky rocket, I got to almost 3 patches a day it really blows a hole in your pocket. Also be extremely careful with your doses because I had a friend overdose earlier this year.
