I've seen it before and it's not really my cup of tea. I don't really find it sexy at all, it just makes more mess (that's just my opinion).

The most likely explanation I can think of is that it is urine although it mixes with the fluid of some other gland on the way out. Think about it, where else can a woman store a half cup or more of liquid which is ready to be secreted at any time with out any noticeable external swelling?

There is no other organ other than the bladder in a female that is able to hold that amount of liquid, as far as I know. Some may say some mystery gland analogous to the prostate in males exists to serve this function. In males the prostate secretes and holds semen, the amount is miniscule relative to the amount a female "squirts", that being said when the prostate is fully loaded you can tell.

They could do a simple test to sort this out. Find a woman who can do this and who excretes certain markers in her urine exclusively. Test the liquid and see if the markers show up, if they do then there's evidence that atleast some fraction of the excretion contains urine.
