I had a breast augmentation in November and absolutely no one can tell that they're "fake". It's still my skin, it's still my muscles and nipples... they're just a little bigger. I had/have no outstanding mental "disorders" that drove me to get the surgery, nor do/did I have anywhere near low self-esteem. I didn't do it for anyone but myself. They move, they bounce, they jiggle, they feel awesome. Maybe I'm one of the lucky few who had a great experience with the procedure (I didn't go HUGE though- I'm a big C), but I'm thrilled with the results.

If you're thinking about having it done, do as much research as you can and see if it's something you'd like to do. Don't worry about what anyone else thinks- this is a completely personal decision. I can guarantee you that no dude in his right mind would stop messing around just because you have implants. Just make sure you're doing it for the right reasons- it hurts like a motherf#cker and recovery is rough... it's definitely no day at the beach, so make sure you really want it because you'll be cursing the day you got them for about 6 weeks after the surgery.

I don't like fake breasts. I'm always astounded as to why women want bigger tits being an F cup myself (at my last bra shopping fitting) :( F = for fuck sake stop growing already! grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

I would love a reduction and lift one day and if i could afford it i'd probably get one now but my ethics are against cosmetic surgery. Mine would be half cosmetic and half medical i guess as i have quite a bit of lower back pain.

Love your small titties girls! I think small tits are great! :)

srsly? i must have gotten lucky, i was up and driving, and going out immediately with no problems or pain AT ALL it was really quite strange at the time how painless and easy it was. into a pretty doc office in the morning, tired in the afternoon, and fine at night.

mine are pretty damned natural too. don't forget people, those of you who say they look awful are the ones who are looking at obviously fake boobs. some of us have people who are shocked that they are fake, even after playing feelsies :)

Agree. My B cups are heading towards a National Geographic centerfold. I am almost 35. I plan to have my breasts done when it is financially feasible.
I would like the C cups like I had when I was 25...but lifted higher.
 
I had silicone in Thailand 5 years ago. (Under the arm, behind the muscle, NO SCARS!)

It took about a year to heal. Had Capsular Contraction, which is hard, swollen boob. The left one is still a little hard and misshapen. If I massaged them HARD after the surgery I probably wouldn't of had the problem but for awhile I was thinking of getting them removed. I massaged it hard for several weeks and it's okay now.

I was like a size A. Now I'm 36B. Wish I got a little bigger but wanted to look natural/proportionate.

Guys like the way it looks.

The reason I did it was to make my clothes fit better.

Most guys can't tell they're fake.

I can spot a fake just like my hairdresser friend can spot hair extensions.

I also consider implants cosmetic, like piercings or tattoos.

If U decide to get 'em, remember to massage HARD after the surgery to make the swelling go down. It will hurt but "no pain, no gain."

However, I've always been attracted to skinny women with small (natural) tits and long blonde hair.

I have posted a naked pic of myself in the "nudie" thread, my boobs arent as full as they use tobe and feel kinda empty, along with the never ending weight loss then weight gain due to my drug usage.
I have been to about 4 different augmentation specialists this year and am opting for surgery in mid-january of 2008.
I am a average sized B cup and am going for a large C to small D, about 400-425cc.
 
i like fake boobs, but then again i have big fake looking he man type muscles... so its kind of a perfect match :)
 
I always prefer natural, both for looks and feel, and on principle. I wouldn't ever get some sort of cock enhancement to attract females(not that I'd need one, but that's not the point), so I wouldn't want a woman who felt the need to alter her body for the purpose of impressing guys. Peircings, tats, died hair, etc, are all ways of expressing yourself, but plastic surgery for anything other than corrective means or repairing damage is just not my thing.
 
I never cared how big a woman(s) breasts are. But I do however prefer real ones! What I do like is a big ass with a small waist line. Thats hot :p
 
Real is the only way to go!! I have natural 36 DD's and the only thing I would consider is getting a breast lift. Hell anyone who has large natural boobs understands why the breast lift might be a good idea, lol. Gravity is the enemy:X ;)

Real, final answer. Big or tiny, it's the personality behind the boob... if you feel you need to alter your body as per what "society" is attracted to, I'm not sure that's the kind of person I want to be with.
 
Fuck breast implants. Natural breasts are fucking beautiful :)

It kinda makes me sad seeing women thinking they need big breasts, and surgery and all this. Most the time you women DO NOT need this stuff, you are NATURALLY beautiful as it is, and nothing beats natural beauty ;)

DQ have you been to a Dr about your pain as a result of your boobies?? Cos my friend who is a tiny girl used to have DD natural ones and she had a breast reduction covered by Medicare as it was affecting her health. This was some years ago so I'm not sure if Medicare still covers such surgery - but it might be worth looking into - if its causing you pain I'd say its all medical, none cosmetic. <3

Anyways, on topic - I'd say stay natural! I'm only a largish B, small C (depending on lingerie brand). Big boobs just look uncomfortable.
