Female bands/musicians!♥️





i've mentioned a bunch of times how i used to post on a local massachusetts message board about these vietnam vets that used to listen to a lot of modern indie rock and punk, and these were two songs i got off one of the dudes on soulseek that he thought the younger crowd would like.. he had some compilation album with a few more really good songs, but i lost the mp3s and these are the two darker sounding songs i can find. i see how he thought people that listened to some modern stuff like emo and punk would like it. these songs have a lot weirder of a feel than her more pop hits... jeannie seely is kind of underrated from what i see, but maybe dolly parton and some other artists kind of up her and are from the same time period.

A longtime friend of mine Alais Clay - I've had the pleasure of watching her grow over the past decade. We met threw an online based activist type group (not saying the A word). One of her older tracks but a favorite of mine.
