This may be odd, but I have never been drunk before but have been high on E. My first (and only so far) time with MDMA was at a Tiesto Concert about 3 weeks ago. I'm usually a shy person and I've never really danced before in my life, but at the Tiesto Concert, I was dancing like crazy for 4+ hours..it was amazing and an awesome experience. My question is how does alcohol's effects compare to ecstacys?

Alcohol is a depressant

Ecstasy is a hallucinogenic stimulant aka an entactogenic stimulant

Alcohol is euphoric as well. It's an anxiety releaser much like ecstasy, however there is a world of difference between the two. The more you drink, the more uncoordinated and "spaced out" you will become. You may feel nauseous if you do not drink enough water.

It's not compareable to ecstasy at all. MDMA is a masterpiece of a drug,

Alcohol is often a drug most people settle with to break the ice. I've gone out and gotten absolutely black-out drunk many times. It can be fun. However if your mindset is not in the "Happy sociable" zone, you will most likely have a bad experience with it. Which is where sad-drunks, violent drunks, stupid drunks come in the picture.

I've never heard of a violent ecstasy user.

Alcohol well seem lacking compared to MDMA. Alcohol is a fun drug in moderation due to it's ability to help you relax. In my experience, it tends to lack any high end effects. You rarely feel like a new person after a night of drinking. It's difficult to be introspective in a productive manner on alcohol. It's also more difficult to pace your consumption on alc. With MDMA, you just drop and go for mental journey, with alc it's very easy to go overboard because you have to keep redosing while under the influence.

I would recommend sticking to a moderate dose of alc for the best results.

One major difference between E and alc is that with E you take it and then you are high, but with alc you have one drink and feel a little bit funny, and then you have another, and each time you have a drink the effects keep stacking up, so that eventually you start to sing, and then you pick a quarrel, start weeping, vomit and shit your pants. At the end you can't stend up any more. Sometimes you won't be able to remember what happened and you can't find your wallet either.
For this reason it's tolerated by many societies.
