These awesome glasses got lost shortly after the last G&C due to me vomiting outside a bedroom window into a dried up pile of someone else's spew. I think they fell off my head.

I miss them a lot.

I'm happy with my progress at the gym thus far. Slowly but surely I'm building towards my optimum weight and fitness levels but at this point I still lack definition. But all in good time. Once I'm up to the weight I'm happy with then I can start doing lighter weights to improve on muscle definition.
