[Feedback Thread] How can WE improve on the PD forum? Suggestions welcome!

I am a self proclaimed newb (not an ignorant noob, but just someone relatively new, so dont be too critical), but I agree that some kind of chat room or something would be neat, Im aware of gabbly, but it never is really going... I guess it depends on participation. But maybe if the mods just always went in the chat room when they were on BL so that people could talk and ask questions without cluttering forums so much.

Also encouraging users to post scientific studies and research articles if they can find them. I know that this is a step towards increasing available knowledge, but I find a lot of biased and false information here. If being objective was promoted less people would come on here and present their opinions as factual.

Finally, I know that the mods do a shit ton of work, and I respect it a lot, so I'm not trying to be a ungrateful douche, but if people start side conversations and other posts that clutter the threads, you could discourage it or something? That way finding information would be more efficient and convenient.

Its under the current "Recent Outrage...." announcement. The board software only allows one announcement as such in place. You now have to click on the announcement in place to reveal the Best of PD....just a temproary thing. I might sticky the Best of....
