It would have seriously helped if you had posted before pics in retrospect.
I was out for a year too with a shoulder dislocation, 600mg test and 300 deca per week and I'm up to 210 lbs lean enough
Nobody is bitching at you bro, just giving our opinions on where you should be after the amount of gear your on. My opinion is to eat more, fuck lean bulking, dirty bulk and pack on some size before worrying about your body fat. Body fat can be sorted easily later IMO.

Wait sorry I just seen that last message after posting mine and closing the thread, I've reopened the thread as I honestly thought you were looking like this AFTER 8 weeks on the gear?
Is this a week into the cycle? 7 weeks natty then 1 week on gear?

I was under the impression that you were on for the whole 8 weeks and I'm sure everyone else is on the same page as me?

Correct me if I'm wrong, I can reopen, delete, close the thread? How would you like me to proceed?

Cycle history including every part of this one, every piece of gear you have taken and when?
Stats 8 weeks ago and pics if possible
Did you use dianabol 8 weeks ago?
When did you take the deca, and the trt dosages, when did you start this.

Please clear some of this up.

here's what you need to do and I promise you will get into the shape that you want to be..................

STEP 1: buy labmax test kit..... make sure all your gear is real

STEP 2: go to eroids, go to community, go to forum.......... There is 2 sticky threads in there.......... one is gaining weight, the other is losing fat.............. follow those to the T!

the training part is the fun part just do compound lifts.

personally if I were you id cut........ cut all the way till you are at like 6-7%........... then bulk all up to 12% then go back to cutting. Look good year round!
 
also buy a calipers body fat reader and do a bodyfat test! I got one foor $6 dollars + free shipping on amazon.. test in the morning and test at night......... (your body fat is lower in the morning) ............ the average of those 2 is where you are at.................. do this test once a week to see if you are making progress and how fast you are making progress...........

also I personally prefer the carb cycling method over the ketosis diet they have. the ketosis works faster though but its also more difficult to follow.
 
this is what id do if I were you.............

run high t3, low clen, high tren, low test, on a ketosis diet till I got to target bf%......... then for mass id drop the t3 and clen obviously,,, up the test, lower the tren, and maybe throw in some drol to kickstart my shit (maybe cycle insulin too)...... and set up the proper lean bulk diet obviously (mostly just WAYY up the carbs, and up the protein and fat only a little)

I've only been training for fucking 8 WEEKS AFTER 2+ YEARS OUT WITH A SEVERE BACK INJURY, IN THAT TIME I'VE TOOK 5 INCHES OFF MY BELLY, PUT AN INCH ON MY ARMS AND SHOULDERS AND NOW EVEN SINCE THAT PIC I CAN SEE MY FULL 6 ABS, THAT'S NOT BAD AT ALL !

I know myself that I have improved , I don't need people on the internet to tell me otherwise.

And going by your post history, you were still training in 2013. So which is it?

Posting a pic of your full 6 pack will quell some of the doubts.

a few weeks ago I jumped back on Test but it was only because after being out all that time and using Dihydrocodeine painkillers for over 2 years for my back I knew it was low as fuck

I decided I didn't want to lie down to it anymore but I had some cutting up to do before I could even think about bulking so I got 60 x 50mg Anavar and used them to get rid of a really good bit of belly fat and harden back up a little

There was some Deca as well, but it done absolutely zero and I only took it because it was there, I started getting lumps on my chest again and had to kill it with Letro so the Deca doesn't even count

So really...
Over the last probably 6 weeks I've been using Test and Var and I have JUST started Tren
Belly was 38 inches now it's 33
Arms were fuckin about 12 inches now they are 14.5
Chest has pumped up a bit


I have made progress, the measuring tape doesn't lie and I made it clear that I was cutting, Just trying to harden up, I am not supposed to look big, nor am I trying to in that pic

But give me a few bottles of Tren under my belt and I'll get where I need to be.....

Probably better if you closed this thread and the next time I post anything I won't embarrass myself seen as you have to be a pro on here to get any credit, the fact that I had the balls to even post it tells me I'm taking shit more serious than ever, I'm gna go get bloods done as well,

So basically really this pic is a pic of a person who has only been training for 2 months EVER is the way I am looking at it

I was out for 2 years, how many times lol, I still posted but I was warned off Doctors and consultants not to lift a weight again in my life

I was deadlifting 200kg and benching 110kg if that's any help to the way I was when I used to eat DBOL and KFCs all day long lol, I'm going for a different approach, I do NOT need water or fat to get bigger, it just takes longer, anybody who thinks any different should come down the boxing club and meet some of the boys

Anyways I'd like it if you just ended this thread I'm fed up with it lol

You will no doubt remember the extensive advice I gave you on here and in private message regarding your issues with gyno, I took great pains to contact senior bodybuilders from other forums, plus biochemist friends I have at university and research technicians in the medical profession, to best deal with your concerns... I am not here to insult members, you will see from my earlier quote below, I tried to be polite but firm.... It got your attention..!!

I'm sorry Benzo, but if I am totally honest, the guy in the photo, in my opinion, doesn't know how to train, doesn't know how to eat, and isn't on gear..!!!

No amount of excuses, of stories of past size and gains will convince me otherwise....

You need to seriously re-evaluate everything you are doing, and go right back to basics... As far as your training methodology, and your diet.... Also I don't believe the person with that physique in the photo above is ready for AAS.... IMO..!!

If you are on gear, its bunk...!!

We were all led to believe you had greater experience with AAS, I now believe this not to be so...

I too used to box (middle-weight 17yrs), I too have been out through serious injury (confined to a wheel-chair/leg callipers, March 2012, total time in rehab 18 months)...
This month I've dead-lifted 300kgs, and climbed the Auckland Sky-Tower in full structural fire uniform + breathing apparatus 35kgs, 1103 steps straight up)... For blood cancer NZ..

Shit happens, you just get on with it...

I don't believe your application or methodology towards the use of AAS is correct, I have already stated this, you at times don't listen.. I have posted detailed information on the mechanisms of gyno, tren, nandrolone, etc from one of the leading researchers in the field of AAS today, when you don't listen this is frustrating..!!

If you are indeed fairly new to AAS, trenbolone is not for you at this stage in your goals... If nandrolone gives you gyno, DO NOT USE IT..!!
Start off with something simple like 500mg Test-E pinned 2 X/week 250mg, see how you go.. You don't need to lean bulk, you need to eat correctly, proper foods resist the junk, Sort yourself out with a decent program of mainly compound lifts, increasing the weight slightly every few days/weeks, until you get decent numbers on the big lifts Deads, Squat, Press, Rows, Dips, Chins... with a few ancillary's thrown in for calves, Bi's, Tri's, Abs, etc....

Occasionally in life we all need the odd reality check, no one wishes to insult you, we just want to help, if it takes a little harsh criticism then so be it...!!!

Take it on the chin big man, and show us what you can do..!!
