a quick google search leads me to believe it's dissolved in water

altho a bluelight thread has multiple users saying its not soluble in water. but it's definetly dissolved in a liquid, as the dosage in powder form is very minimal and hard to dose
 
Microgram Bulletin reports seizure of PCP dissolved in diethyl ether in Feb '09, in pet. ether in Feb '03, the couple other reports I found did not mention the solvent. I would have thought volatile solvents would be preferable as you want something that's going to evaporate and leave a smokeable cigarette fairly quickly.

I posted in the thread that I linked there about PCP.

From what the old timers from NYC told me in rehab, they used to bet on dudes fighting after smoking PCP. It was their thing to do at night, in alleys or whatever. I think that is why it is popular in the hoods.

when I was in a rehab facility back in 06, this one old black dude told me that in D.C. him and his boys would just smoke sherm and lift weights. was lol.
 
Yeah I find this story odd, because I have lived in metro Detroit my whole life, and NEVER once heard of anyone buying any PCP locally.. I know people that go to the hood to get coke/h but never heard anyone talk about buying PCP..weird.
