FDA calls for strong warning labels on ADHD Drugs

For me Adderall has been a miracle drug in college. I dont like it going to kids. The heart thing worries me. I can see a lot of potential risk when you take an amphetamine and drink lots of coffee to help study, and or smoke, are taking certain birth control pills. Adderall always seems to dehydrate me too so I drink lots of water and that helps. My doctor gives me an electrocardiogram (spelling?) every year to monitor potential damage caused by adderall and I would recommend that to everyone who is taking it.
 
what is an electrocardiogram ^^^^^^^^ what is it for etc.
my doc perscribes me 12 dex a day and 3 ritalin i weight 65kg and i get no tests done at all
