i find e^x pretty badass, as the derivative for all x equals e^x
also sin(1/x), as when x approaches 0 it starts bugging out

The Fibonacci sequence:0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233.....

Each number is the sum of the two previous numbers. The ratio of adjacent numbers (e.g. 55/89) is equal to the golden ratio mentioned by iwish above. As the sequence progresses, the ratios become closer and closer to the exact golden ratio.
