That's a sticky sticky situation and not in a good way. I'm sorry but I don't have any advice for you other than to follow your instincts and allow logic to refine these feelings. Do you love her? Is she worth the possibility of that STD? One girl might be, only one, and that's the girl you love. Regardless you still have to be very careful during sex using added protection (condoms). Try not to lead her on.
 
Thanks man. I dont want to lead her on, but I always find it hard to do without hurting someones feelings. But, Im not in love. We just met 2 months ago. I guess she really likes me. (she likes me enough to tell the truth about having an STD) I dont plan on having sex with her strictly because I dont want to get an STD. Im absolutely petrified of STD's in general. (especially an un-curable virus!) But thanks for your input.

The underlined part is important. Physical and psychological pleasure work hand-in-hand in the bedroom, and the goal of a good sex session should be an oscillation between physical rushes and psychological rushes, done with the right timing so that they continuously build off of each other (My partner's hand feels good -> Oh!
